To be frank, it will be a waste of your Money and time since the diploma won't be recognized outside the island.

You can try the CTI; Charles Telfair Institute.

They provide many International certifications.

Iarunso, do your homework yourself. Dont allow people to scare you about the acceptability (or otherwise) of your expected certificate from a Mauritius institution...

Enigma,

The problem is quite real in Mauritius where all sorts of people open academies and call them Universities. The most famous of them from recent news being one managed by a parent of the Minister of Tertiary Education.

In an obscene yet blatant conflict of interest case, while the authorities in India explicitly denied affiliation with a University in India and therefore recognition in India of certficates and diplomas received in Mauritius, the Tertiary Education Commission in Mauritius -under the said ministry- claimed to fully accreditate the institution.

The problem : certificates are recognised in Mauritius. Definitely won't be anywhere else in the World.  What is the value of such? Shit, I'd say.

Even the University of Mauritius has run courses in Pharmacy despite the fact that the Board of pharmacists did not vet the syllabus and therefore did not recognise the degree. In Mauritius !!! No need to mention elsewhere.

Can someone take the risk of investing tens of thousands of rupees, 3 year minimum of hard work and then hear himself be told, "sorry, not recognised, can't do anything for you. Start over"

I graduated from the University of Mauritius. I'm therefore not a Mauritius-studying-bashing person.  However, these days may dishonest people are calling themselves educators and falsely claiming affiliation to international universities.

One must be very, very cautious.  One last example: the large number of Nepalese youngsters who were fooled to study here and the institution claimed that they "would be able to work and earn over 20,000 rupees monthly while studying;"  When they realised they had been robbed, they protested and some were simply DEPORTED!

Be cautious, guys and gals out there.
