How can I obtain a copy of my birth certificate?

I seem to have lost my birth certificate. I do have a copy of my old temporary birth certificate but lost the permanent one. How do I obtain a copy of my birth certificate?
I live in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and was born in this city.
