Should I stay or should I go?

Hi everyone!
I'm a 27 years old brazilian guy. I don't have a degree or specific qualification that suits the immigration lists.
I'm thinking of going on a work holyday visa, and maybe extend it a bit (if possible) in order to get a job and build a trusting relationship with a employer to get a sponsorship or a working visa, or residence visa.
Now, what i ask you guys is:
is that way too hard or impossible to pave? Should I give up 'cause there wont be employers willing to sponsor my stay or the immigration office will not grant anything to an unqualified individual?
Or, and please say that, its a perfectly possible goal, as long as i'm hard working, foccused and sociable (networking)?, which i happen to be.

Is there anyone here in the same situation? Or that has been?

Anyway, thanks in advance.

Cheers!

Sorry to sound negative but you as you do not have any acceptable qualifications you will not get employment.

As far as I am told, you cannot extend a working holiday visa and if you overstay and get caught you will be deported and not allowed back in for at least 3 years.
