Safe for kids in PP?

Hi All,

I'm new to the Cambodia forum. My husband and I are looking at the possibility of moving to Southeast Asia from the US. We have so many questions about Cambodia, but my main concern with wherever we live is the safety of our two boys, ages 1 and 2.

Any advice you can offer on whether Cambodia, more specifically Phnom Penh, is safe for little children or not is appreciated.

What do you mean by "safe for kids"?
Safety is about the neighborhood. .. some places in developed countries are not safe as well.
I am there since 3 years with 3 kids.
No problems. .. but I wouldn't let them ride their bicycles back from school !
The road safety is the principal problem.
