thank you

Going to hospital is not necessary because there are many small clinics and doctor offices around.  How to find a good one is the problem.

I prefer using hospitals because they are usually equipment for any test required. You can also schedule to see a specialist for your particular problem.

When I lived in Bangkok I used Bumrungrad International Hospital and bill was less than 1500 baht but medical reason was nothing serious.

You can also check these hospitals for treatment because they are generally cheaper than big name ones.  Remember hospitals are more expensive because they may run test which is to your benefit depending on problem.

Camillian Hospital
Saint Louis Hospital
Sukhumvit Hospital
Bangkok Adventist Hospital (also called Mission Hospital)

ok thank you. and what about Bankok Nursing Home Hospital BNH?  I heard urology  doctor are very good there

Straydog

BNH is one of the top hospitals in Thailand and their prices reflect that status.  Unless your problem is serious I would go with one of the cheaper hospitals unless you have insurance that will pay the bill.

Most of the hospitals have a web site where you can check the education of the doctors on staff.  I would look for ones that have done fellowships or received additional training over the years to stay current with their specialty. I would also look for doctors that received some of that education/training in western country.

Ok. Thank you.  Well can you suggest one or two?

Straydog

I cannot suggest any doctor. Just pick specialist for your problem from one of the above mentioned hospitals and you should be okay.
