Language Exchange German v/s Arabic

Hi,
i will move to Dusseldorf very soon, first on my schedule plan is to learn German,i prefer to have lessons on evenings, or during weekends, can some one help and advise if i should enroll into a regular language school,if so, which school,where and when? or to go for private lessons.
i can help with those who want to learn Arabic language and living within the vicinity of Dusseldorf.
