Usually the Volkshochschule which is a kind of community college found in all mid to large sized German cities offers the cheapest language courses. Not sure if they will have C1 for medicine. But one needs to finish B1 before going on to B2 and then to C1. You should take some initiative and look yourself. You can easily google about language schools and see what they charge for their courses. Sometimes the cheapest isn't the optimal for one's needs. Some courses might be intensive; going for half a day 5 days a week. Others might be just 1 or 2 days a week for a couple of hours.

Anyway I am setting a link to the VHS in Düsseldorf to teh page for German courses:

Hello after contacting several schools on google search itself, i decided to take advice. So initiative has been done. Sometimes some schools are not on google so that is why i thought i may get some more enlightenment here.
Unfortunately because of budget limitation one is obliged to seek something which is within one's means.
Thanks for the reply.

ALL language schools in Germany will have a  a website. If they didn't they would no longer be in business. And everyone has to decide for themselves what best fits their needs, I was just pointing out that the cheapest offer for something is not always the optimal one.

Here is a link to Düsseldorf University program for learning German as a foreign language for FREE if you have the credentials
https://www.deutschkurse.de/kursuebersi … kurse.html

And a 2 second search brought up these additional  19 language school in Düsseldorf besides the University and Volkhochschule.
