Due to a potential scheduling conflict, we are changing the date of our outreach to U.S. citizens in Da Nang. We will be in Da Nang on Friday, December 6, 2013, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Bread of Life restaurant, 4 Dong Da Street.

We will be providing our normal, routine services notary services and passport renewal applications and will deliver federal benefits checks and correspondence.

We regret any inconvenience the change may cause.

I bet they would. Go get a "petition" signed by as many Americans living in the Delta as you can and send it to our friend John Kerry asking for a rep to come to Cần Thơ like they do for Đà Nẵng.
