First of all I suggest you come over and take a look around you will need a visa.
There are a number of Moroccans living and working here ( there were thousands in the 70's ) and it would be in your interest to meet with them and discuss possibilities.Also there are many who have returned to Morocco to retire, mainly from the towns and cities near the Strait of Gibraltar ( Tangiers and Tetuan / MDiq ) so if you are in that area it maybe possible to find and talk to some of these people

Thanks for ur reply . I m british so is my children ,do we need any permits to stay in the rock and can my kids go to school?
