Is 2000BHD enough for a family life with 2 childrens(Age 13 and Age 9)

I would suggest that you have a look at the Cost of Living thread here: https://www.expat.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=337348 since that should help to answer your question, this type of query comes up rather a lot!! 
You do not say whether your employer is going to be covering medical insurance etc.
