Guys ,

I have an offer from MNC of 10000 MYR in IT field. I draw 70000 INR in Hyderabad India , and can save upto 50000 INR . I would like to know if it is good offer to accept . I will be shifting along with my Spouse and no child.  I am joining in August and when I will be resident of Malaysia and falls under Normal Tax rules.

Accept - its an OK offer. But you will pay 26% tax as you will be considered non-resident in 2014 as you will not spend 182 days here. No refund.  For 2015 you start another assessment year. You will pay 26% for the first 182 days and then revert to normal tax deductions. You can claim a refund for overpaid tax when you file your claim in February 2016 (for tax assessment year 2015).
