Well I've heard of unusual cases before like the crook that stole a motorcycle and abandoned it shortly thereafter leaving a poorly scribbled note complaining about what a piece of junk it was, should be scrapped and that it wasn't even fit to use in a robbery. This case however beats just about everything I've ever seen in Brazil over the years.

A crook broke into the house belonging to a Sargeant of the Military Police in Goiânia, Goiás stole an 42 in. LCD television and a computer monitor. About 6 pm the next day a man claiming to be the robber's lawyer knocked on the Sargeant's door and returned the items stolen. He added that as a gesture of his remorse the robber would put up a banner asking forgiveness and apologizing for his actions. Shortly thereafter a banner was erected in the street which read, "Sorry Sargent Romoaldo and family for having invaded your house and having caused the problems."

Well, I don't know if he truly was repentant; but got to give him credit for being a man of his WORD!

Just tooooooooo funny!!!

Cheers,

stumpy

I cannot see the crook repenting.
I think he had a change of heart when he found out who he had robbed  :dumbom:

Could be Stumpy, here you don't know which of the cops are on the local Death Squads. Piss off the wrong ones and you end up taking the big "dirt sleep".
