Almost people is living in Nha Trang come from Russia, Australia, France. I am wondering that why have not any expat come from China or Taiwan. 
Myself, my girlfriend, and my business partner are all mandarin speakers. Dan and xiaoxiao can read, whereas I am restricted to speaking.

Everyone should expect a flood of mandarin speakers in the near future. The political situation in China was making it impossible to run my business (Great Firewall). My business is by no means the only one effected, and it is not only expat businesses getting hit. We're actually mulling setting up a firm to provide services to what we're calling "digital refugees".
