Hi when I checked with St James in zabbar it costs about 300€ But I heard there was a free system at materdei where you buy the coil from the chemist (I think it's about 90€) and the doctors at materdei fit it for free, maybe you could ring the hospital and find out for sure?
Also if your wondering about how it is fitted it's the same process as having a smear test done but when they are down there they fit the coil!! If you type in the mirina coil in google it will tell you all about it and how it is fitted 
it is a little uncomfortable when it's being fitted but after that it's fine
Neither did I!! I went back to the uk and got the implanon fitted there and had a little holiday with my family
