I want to find a translator for Bahasa Malaysia (Vietnamese) (have a cer for Bahasa language or any document for prove he know bahasa). Please help, very urgent

Yes, and important is the translator have Bahasa cartification

I see.Then I might not able to help then due I too doesn't have a translation certificate.Maybe you could go to the Malaysia Embassy as they would might be able to help you out

I think it's too difficult for you to find someone meeting your request. People can speak Bahasa Melayu i know dont have any certification about it.

Actually you really can go to the Malaysia Embassy and they would be able to help.Maybe they will know someone that might have the things you need.

I also advise you to post an ad in the Translator job offers in Vietnam section please as it is the most appropriate section for your ad.
