About the job:

    Job title:  Senior Direct Sales (Japanese)
    Reporting to :  Sales Manager
    Job location:  Ho Chi Minh/ Ha Noi
    Salary indication:  USD 1,500 – 1,800 (net/month)
   
Main Activities:

    Selling company’s products and services direct to customers in Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi.
    Visiting listed customers directly to an allocated territory and discovering the potential needs of customers.
    Delivering sustainable business performance and achieving sales target to contribute the growth of company.
    Making presentations to customer and introducing Innovative and high quality Printing Solution.
    Developing consultative sales  skills; learning about Customers procurement functions, staying current with all aspects of business including industry and competitive data; learning and keeping others informed of competitive market information.
    Submitting weekly, monthly sales report to direct manager as required.
     Possessing market intelligence on including related projects & opportunities, competition and competitor activities / trends, contingency plans for changing market conditions.
    Other task assigned by Sales Manager.

Job requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree or higher of Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
    Minimum 1 year  direct sales experience,  printing or related products is added advantage.
    Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, presentation ability and high persuasive competency.
    Ability to deal with different kind of customers.
    Team work attitude and eager to sales.
    Verbal and written Japanese and English.
    Experience with MS Office application.
