guys who have a contact number or any idea on how much is a birthday package in The Creamery in Mall of Asia?

There is no Mall of Asia in Tripoli except for Suq Talat. The Mall of Asia is in Manila.

They will be having a mall built aka ''Libya Mall'' in Gargaresh next to the sea view resturants.

And have they enticed overseas retailers to set up business here or will it be half empty except for some sh*tty clothes shops and mobile phone retailers ?
