Hi, I'm Pete from Australia and I have been teaching in Vung Tau for awhile. I would just like to find out if anybody has got some ideas on remote locations for teaching away from the big cities. Cheers

Good_Man

Hi Pete,

I've been teaching in Thanh Hoa for about a year and a half and we're looking for a teacher starting in October. When you ask about teaching in remote locations are talking about smaller cities, or out in the countryside?

All the best,

Mark

Hi Mark, not sure probably in the country side.  How many hrs is your school offering

Good_Man

Typically, 20-25 hours a week, but we've been doing closer to 30-35 hours a week, thus the need for another teacher.

Hi Pete, could i have your email or your phone number please ?  It's better if we contact by them. Good night!

Hi, are you interested in Tay Son? Hours may be few at first but will grow very rapidly, 16$ an hour.

Im a teacher there, just trying to help out.

WARNING* Craigslist Sept 2015
EIV WILL NOT PAY YOU (HCMC)
compensation: 000
employment type: employee's choice

EIV does not pay their teachers. I read several reviews online that stated the same thing and choose to disregard their advice thinking it was just past disgruntled employees - turns out they were right. Worked for them for over a month and only received $30 after arguing with them for over an hour.

EIV is completely disorganized, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. I would highly recommend looking for employment elsewhere, there are several very respectable schools in Vietnam that are always looking for teachers.
