I have completed my contract in my company last month.

My X kafil sold the restaurant to the real owner of the building, but I have not signed any contract with them neither in qiwa.

   I have already told them about my release, but now they don't allow me to go, so can I take kafala without them.

If my SCE membership expires, can I apply for the new Membership? I dont want to renew because I want to submit new documents to change my computer degree to Electrical.
