Am I a Viet Keiu or a Native English Speaker?

Post new topic

Hi,

So here is my story and would like some feedback.

I was born in Saigon in 1977 and moved to the United States when I was a little baby 3 years old.
So am I consider a Viet Keui?

The reason I ask is because; I have plans to retire to Saigon and maybe teach English.
Would it be difficult to find a teaching JOB?

You are Viet Keui. You'll have troubles but should be able to find something. Make sure and have retirement to live on and you'll be OK. If you're planning of living on what you earn as a teacher, you'll have a hard time. Just my opinion.

Great, so are you currently living in Saigon?  How long have you been living there for?
What do you enjoy most about Vietnam and are you a stay at home mommy or do you work?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to get to know you.

As for me, I'm planning to visit Saigon in Dec.

Okay, good luck, Big SR
