Healthcare option for disabled child

Hi all
We are a family of six looking to move to Malta with my husbands job. However our daughter has complex and rare disabilities which require regular and specialist hospital care. We are trying to find out if Malta has specialist departments which can manage and treat her condition. I have not contacted private health care insurers yet as I presume they won't want to cover her conditions. For example she has a prosthetic leg and needs a regular new prosthetic leg as she grows. We would be extremely grateful for any advice, thank you.
