Hi, I am Liezel from the Philippines. I am a Licensed Librarian by profession. I have  applied several times in different Universities in Dubai as posted in the different website.
But have not receive any communication back. What do you think is the best way to do to attract employers?
Or what is the best way to do to get hired? I know I am qualified in terms of educational qualifications and experience.
