Hello my name is Flora I am from Australia and was working as a manager of a resort and now living in Ho Chi Ming as I would still like to work I would like to lease a hotel I have an Vietnam partner and would like to find a hotel if any one could help by knowing of a place around distric 1

Flora - What size (room #), budget, star level (3*, 4*, ?), project state (ongoing, ready to open, under construction, ?), budget, facilities, etc., are you looking at ? They are plenty available ...

You realise as soon as you renovate or clean a place up the owners will up the rent. Make sure you get a very tight contract, VN are known for their shady ways.
