I have got the offer from one startup company in singapore. I have done the M.Sc. Electronics from reputed University. I have one year of Experience as an electronics Engineer.HR has already applied for the S pass. But that was rejected and the reason was they have no quota for S pass.So HR told me to fulfill the quot before mid of the October and reapply for the S pass. Can you tell me how much chances of get approval of my S pass this time ? HR told me this time we have more chances to  get approval.

You should read my long and detailes post in the “How long will my work pass application take?” thread. Then you will understand that you are one step further, but your chances can still not be easily told.

Hi,
I would like to know that if MOM would like to reject my Epass/Spass application it wouldn’t have take more than a week time rite? Or probably less?  It been a week plus (less than 2 weeks) I haven’t heard any result from my new company HR after they submitted it.

Since this thread is about EPs after rejection, are you talking about the time an appeal takes, or did you post off-topic?

Did you even read open threads in this forum? Start reading threads before asking these kind of questions. Where did you get this concept that MoM will take 1 week or less than 2 week if they want to reject?

Avoid sending PM, we have said many times in this forum that DO NOT send PM to us. This forum was created to share information in open threads so that others will get benefits. We are volunteering to help expats, it gives inconvenient us to receive PM and have to remind each time on this.

I also received this as PM, also replied that he/she should read the available answer on the forum - and then noticed that the same was also posted here!
A typical timewaster with an entitlement complex. It‘s people like this who make me sometimes wonder why I volunteer my time on this forum!!!

Work permit for Malaysians also approves by MoM. If the reason for rejection is not addressed or rectified then work permit approval won’t be successful.

Try to know the reason from your employer then work on it. Good luck
