i would like to know about public universities in your country do they accept foreigns students and if not please name some private universities with low fees

There is a government website which tells all about studying in Malaysia. It has a search function for courses which is a brief guide about what is available. Each university has it's own reputation for a particular type of course. https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/ There are universities all over Malaysia so don't only think of studying in KL.

That's true. I am at a university in Alor Setar, and they will be accepting international students.

They are beginning with a university preparation course, beginning in February and students are coming from all over the world.
