Hello, thinking of moving to cyprus and doing lots of research . I’m a oven and window cleaner in the uk and after searching google can’t find much information on oven cleaners in Cyprus. Is there much demand and competition ? Any opinions much appreciated.

we ve used one here before and he was quite good - window cleaners you dont see advertised very often although i do know of one good one..... these guys generally   have more than one string to their bow,,, to fill gaps in the work diary

Thanks for the reply. I only managed to find one oven cleaning company advertising on google. In the  local papers have you seen many ads for oven cleaners? Just try to work out the supply and demand really and if I would get enough work.

Only the one to be fair and its probably the one you ve seen... a guy called Tony -  Synergetic.....

Maybe a journey into the commercial field of restaurants cafes bars etc may prove lucrative ....

I think there will be demand for oven cleaners and window cleaners everywhere. no matter where you go, everyone has ovens and everyone has windows. I'm from the uk and I've been looking at starting my own window cleaning business. do you use the water fed pole system? if so do you have any recommendations? I've seen Gardiner poles and the [link under review] poles on the market those seem to be the most popular. already got a water filter so dont need that but do need a company to install a tank in my van. let me know thank you

I have used OCC  Oven cleaning cyprus . com they did a good job and it was half the price of the UK. I have not seen window cleaners but given the level of dust in the rain there is a need for sure. If you are not EU then a work permit might be interesting to get!
