tax on rental

Post new topic

Hi everyone
my wife and I bought a flat that we own 50 / 50 each of us in Lisboa
we both have a NIF and an access to the finance portal.
the apartment is rented under both as we both own it.
How do we declare that to the finance department?
do we have to declare 50% of the rental income each of us individually and upload the contract each of us individually or one of us has to declare it fully ?

Question is important as the tax value is not going to be the same %.

thanks for your help.
