Hi Can anyone tell me if its better to change GBP to aed in UK or Dubai ? Thanks .

Most probably in Dubai. GBP is a global currency but AED is a regional one so finding AED at a money exchange in the UK would not be easy plus the rate would be worse.

Change your money in the UAE. and avoid to change it at the airport you would get slightly less price as compared to the money exchange in the city.
