Hello Their forum mate!!!!

I'm seeking some advice,currently my employer allowed me transfer my sponsorship. but as per him he can't accept any online request for transfer,i dont know what is the issue about that but he just give me Release Paper(NOC) with his signature and our HR MANAGER. I WORRIED because i dont know what should i do for this Release Paper. i have job offer from other company?

Your advice is highly appriciated...

Yes brother its a difficult situation for everyone be patient and try to convince him because if he agree to release then might be possible he will accept ur online request.Show him some family issue.
