Local fixer/ helper needed for utility bills etc

I wondered if anyone knows of a person who I could pay to take me to various utility offices in Istanbul to cancel my accounts. I don't speak Turkish and it can be a minefield. I know that often estate agents offer this service, but I'm moving from my existing home into someone else's flat with them, not to a new place of my own. Hence having no estate agent to help. But in other cities I've often been able to hire someone who can drive me about and assist. Let me know if anyone springs to mind. Thankyou
