We are leasing a home in SMA long term. Is it better to have the lease in dollars or pesos?

Hi, my wife and I have a long-term lease in pesos which complies with PROFECO law (consumer protection).
By làw, if paying rent to a foreigner in USD you should withold 30% of the rent for taxes due to the RFC.
Bottom line rent from a Mexican, in pesos, have a lease signed under the standard "arrendamiento form" https://www.profeco.gob.mx/encuesta/bru … _rcasa.asp

When everyone pays their taxes then gĺobaly all Mexicans gain.
