Is it allowed to admit MM2H student visa to public school/ university?

The parents have to be on MM2H to enrol their children in schools. For undergraduate courses the person has to apply for a Student Pass.

Thanks for the reply. I (assuming MM2H visa) want my children to go to public school, not a private school. Is it allowed?
