Dear Sir,

This is Farooq Hussein with you from Brazil. I came here in Brazil on visit. Now i want to get permanent residence by family reunion as my elder bdother is a permanent resident in Brazil. Now i just want to know that if I get the permanent resident here by family reunion, will I be able to bring my spouse by family reunion once I will have my permanent resident in Brazil? Thank you in advance

Brazil does not extend permanent residency to adult siblings of current permanent residents, only to minor siblings under 18 years old, fulltime students under 24 years old, or permanent dependents, with proof of dependency.
