Asslam O Alikum,

I'm looking for the whole procedure of Commercial Registration (سجل التجاري)

How to Apply for C.R, (سجل التجاري)
Required Documents, Fee, Time Frame, ETC..
Please if anyone know about it do let me know..

For Saudi, obviously, it is a very convoluted and bureaucratic process. Unlike Bahrain and the UAE, I would not advise anyone to do it themselves unless they have lots of time on their hand, speak Arabic and can handle frustration very well.

Better to engage commercial lawyers to handle it on your behalf.
