GRAB vs taxi

Hello all.
Has anyone else found GRAB bookings are dearer than taxis now that they have taken over UBER in Cebu at least ? Two last rides, Mandaue to hospital, Grab P124, taxi P105. Ayala to Mandaue. Grab P217, taxi P185. These are two I have noted but others before all seemed to be cheaper by taxi than grab.
Just sharing this and seeing if it is true for other people.

Yes, I think Grab adds 30 ph to the tab. Not really a big deal for me as 30 ph is pocket change. The convenience of hailing a taxi via app for me is pretty convenient and more often then not, pretty fast.
I prefer my GF use Grab, that way I always know what taxi she is in and who the driver is in case there are any issues.
