Most of the cheap hotels, the sort of places truck drivers use, allow smoking, but many of the big chains ban it because it costs them money. Some have smoking rooms but others ask you to sign a non-smoking agreement with a fine if you break it,

Look at various we’ll know websites for hotels etc, most (not all) will have rooms on a certain floor or floors hotels with residence apartments will definitely have this sort of room if hotel owned residential they will definitely have and keep hotel smoke free
Once you find a few decent places compare them for further information on smoking/ smoke free rooms and message them with your request for 2 months or so
2 months will sort you a smoking room
