Good standing certificate

Good day! I request a good standing certificate since April 21, 2019 and completed the payment thru SADAD. The problem is until now I did not receive my cerificate in my mumaris plus account and I already followed it up in tawasul service as well as emailed teh saudi council for this. They told me that this issue was resolved already but still I did not receive it. I tried calling the saudi council hot line but was not able to talk to any costumer service representative. What to do now? As I badly need my certificate now. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Got same problem. However nobody answered my query as well😓 Hopefully someone can help us.
