How Dispute incorrect DESO water bill?

Hi all,

I have received a ridiculously high DESO bill for a property which is currently unoccupied. The previous bills have been for the minimum amount of around 38
Reais.

How would I go about disputing this figure?
Would i dispute, get a reference number and wait without paying the bill?
Can this be done online?

They suggest that it's possible to protest a bill online, but I don't see where. Since you only have 10 days, you may want to start with a phone call.
