will the Saudia cultural ofc attest the degree if fathers name is diff on degree and ID card?
HEC will attest it with DSIF and so will MOF, worried about culture ofc.

Anyone who faced the same issue?

You need a good agent to get it done. I did it while in same situation. Usually, they will just send it back.
