Hello Friends,

My creatinine level is at 1.4 as against the required range of 1.2 as per GAMCA. I had done several tests including kidney, protein, urine, uric acid.........everything is normal. Also i consulted the leading doctors (nephrologist), they also certified that I dont have any medical issue and my creatinine would be at ranging between 1.2 to 1.4 due to my muscle mass & height. however the GAMCA center is insisting that the creatinine level should be within 1.2 . Request your opinion and guidance

Hi,
Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation but GAMCA rules are very strict, the creatinine levels have to be within the normal levels, you could consult your doctor on how to reduce them and then re-apply for the test

Look, GAMCA is very stringent and will mark you as UNFIT for little things.  The only choice you have is to come here on a visit visa and then do a medical inside Bahrain and get the visit visa converted to a work visa.    Your employer has to help you with that.

Actually I read it yesterday but I had some thoughts about it and today I wanted to read it again because it is very well written.

Hi, Satish Seelan!
Sad to hear that! According to me whether it is for GAMCA or something else, you should try to lower your creatinine levels. Creatinine is a chemical waste substance found in the blood that arises due to overuse of muscles or breakdown of tissues. It can be produced in small quantities by consuming too much protein. These are obtained as waste by the muscles during their use as Creatinine energy. The increased level of Creatinine testing indicates kidney disease and problems. To control the level of Creatinine you need to consume right foods following a proper food list for creatinine patient.
