I need a accountant/tax person to assist me prepare EU resident tax papers. I have an Ireland Passport and prepare taxes in the USA. A person advised me I need to register with the Portugal Tax Authority to claim tax free documents for here and the USA. Can anyone recommend a person with reasonable rates? I do not need a Charter Accountant for this work. Thank you.
