One popular site in Brazil is vagas.com.  Many of their listings should be in São Paulo.  As you know, though, this is a very difficult time to be looking for a job.
Do you have a Labor Card yet - Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social?  You can get one since you have a CRNM, and will need one to work legally.  You should be able to find directions for applying on the site of the Secretaria de Trabalho of the State of São Paulo.

More chances at big supermarket chains... I´m sure you can put products on shelves or weigh fruit and vegetable items or even check clients´ body temperatures. Jobs for English speakers would be limited since they have their own local supply.

Thanks robal, texanbrazil and abtthree. Thanks for your suggestions. Actually if I want to do something then I share with you. It makes me happy when I share with you. Because I got good suggestion. I think I have someone in online with me. Thanks again. And yes I have CRNM, digital carteira de trabalho and CPF.
