Yellow card

Post new topic

How long does the yellow card (schedule V) take to be sent back? My parents have seen an consultant and he has sorted out everything for them but that was over a week ago and they still haven't received anything.
Thanks in advance.

I cannot remember how long mine took but I would assume a couple of weeks as most things take a while here.
Hopefully they will hear this week.
