Hi ... I'm not sure if this is the correct thread ... But I am considering moving to Zihuatanejo in June, and I would like to know if anyone has experience with this real estate agency YoyaProperties. com .

Thank you.

hi Daniel welcome to ex-pat.,

you do have the right part of the ex-pat forum, but I know of no one who lives there. It's one of the states that is more likely going to have cartel issues and I avoid places like that. Hopefully, someone will read your post and has answers for you.

I know some people who live in SMA, are originally from North America, and they stay in Zihua every winter for a couple months and seem to like it.

A family member just recently bought a condo from that group. They expect to have construction completed this month I believe.

This family member has been going to that location on a number of occasions over the past 2 years and they love it. There are other expats that are currently living there as well and have no problems with cartel activity.
