@Pinnaduwage Chanchlala Rather than a strong appeals letter, you need a correct attendance sheet. Thus ask your school for one and submit it!

Hi,

I am from Myanmar, I have been working in SG for 6 years. Recently, my husband's student pass was rejected without any reason.

But I informed the school and they say they will submit an appeal. The processing takes 4~6 weeks and the course starts in May 2024

I feel so helpless, anyone advise here, please?

Thank you in advance.

Hi, I just got a reply from ICA for the appeal letter of my husband from the school. It says they are unable to accept the appeal letter. Can I redo the appeal letter by ourself?

If anyone knows about this, appreciate your advice.

thank you..

@JenAb

Can walk in to ICA for this matter please?

I am also facing for my husband's student pass application, its was rejected 3 times including one appeal letter.

If anybody can adive, please

thanks in advance.

@yaminthazin01 I believe you only have one chance for an appeal. If that is rejected, the decision is final.

Furthermore, if even the school's letter is not sufficient, what do you think you can write that would convince ICA?

I am not sure, its just a thought, I could be of help only

that's all.

anyway thanks for the reply.
