Dear Sir,

I resigned in our company now and my last day is Sept.5,2021. They took my cpr Last July 3 to renew it and changed the address to company address but the status when i checked in bahrain.bh “need to submit the recent declaration of accomodation because the declaration is old Company dont want to continue the process for the reason i resigned already and They dont want me to use their address. They told me to use my own address but i am only renting a room. I need your advice or suggestion how will i continue to get my renewed cpr. Almost 2months i dont have it and i am worried that the new employer might be needing my cpr for visa application.

Thank you very much

Neemish

Please note that any employer does not require your cpr for visa application. Only requirement is a passport with 6 months validity. Once you transfer the visa, the new employer can help you out. Alternatively, you can approach any document clearing agency and they will renew it for you, provided you pay them some extra service charge. As you don't have the address proof.

Thank you for your advise sir . I will go to a document clearance office to inquire and ask them to do the renewal.

Find a good document clearing agency ie ones who get the job done and not one who keep pestering you to bring address proof.

Before this covid mess, I had an address issue and I went with my pro, we just walked into the supervisors office in Mina Salman (the room on the right when you walk in to the cpr area), he confirmed the address on his pc, I paid 1 BD and walked out with an updated chip. In and out in 5 mins, no bother for lease agreements or anything of that sort.
