Air Freight/Customs - any advice much appreciated

Hi

I came out here on holiday from the UK and have decided to stay....

I will be attaining residency etc but just for now I would like to bring some stuff over - maybe 100 kilos of personal effects.

Can I just get it sent to Panama City Airport and pick it up easily?
And what is the best (and cheapest) way to bring stuff to the Bocas Del Toro Archipelago from Panama City?

Any help of any kind would be really appreciated!
