Hi ,
Here my time lines for the EP application:
EP applied: 16/12/2021
MOM ask for additional documents: 14/01/2022.
These documents are related to company, because it’s new firm and starting its operations in SG and educated verification( not sure , but I have been in SG for 6 good year and got EP renewed 3 times with same education)
All Documents submitted: 27/01/2022
RMI provided the education verification: 30/01/2022
Status: Pending, nearly 2 months and very nervous and worried😟
Hope to hear positive outcome soon!
Applied on 27Jan
Still pending

May I know the reason for using RMI? Is it because specific to your degree you're more inclined to use RMI? I'm using Avvanz and wondering if I want to engage both Avvanz and RMI for backup
The education verification was ask from MoM and my agent recommended RMI and looking at the outcome time seems that was quite fast ( given it’s Indian Universities and seems the respective administration from University side were also quite fast in replying).

However, I have heard that they are restricting entry due to the Covid situation. Has anyone had any issues, even when an IPA has already been issued?
May I know where you're from?

Can you share your salary range, industry and nationality?
Epass applied with below details
Applied on 4 Feb 2022
Industry - senior Analytics Manager
Salary - 15k
Internal company transfer
Status - Pending
Current entity in singapore has 4 employees
Post graduate with masters degree verified by RMI
Job was published on mycareerfuture with only 3 applications received
Any advice/thoughts? Would my Epass get through?
Caprikaps:
Pros: Specialist niche, high salary, internal transfer
Cons: Employer small and not well-established
Thanks for your response.
A few more details - employer is a big MNC, headquartered in the US and recently turned a unicorn. Opened up an entity in singapore 4 -5 years back but did not have need to hire or expand in singapore hence had only 4-5 employees till now whose EP got approved in first attempt. They were also all niche profiles with similar or better salary ranges.
I guess I’ll keep worrying until it gets through. My luck isn’t really a strong point for me
Hi guys, quick question to see whether anyone has some knowledge regarding my case:
26/01/2022 : Applied
27/01/2022 : Pending
28/01/2022 : We need inputs from other agencies..
12/02/2022 : Pending
Just wondering what does this indicate, as most applicants here in the forum typically receive an outcome after the "inputs from other agencies" stage.
Thanks!

This basically goes on to show that inputs were duly received from the respective verification agency and the application is being reviewed again (back in the queue). You ideally should get the approval/ review result in a few days.

Yes this is my first EP and I'm currently in Hong Kong.
Year of experience with direct relevance with new position is 1 year only. But total is 5 years.
My company is a rather big tech company in Singapore, not sure if it matters.
But my HR also said it's very fast.
Hope yours can be approved soon!!

I have to verify my education details & accreditation check, only the accreditation check hasn't finished... Does anyone experience same thing? what if my university failed the accreditation check?
Hi guys,
Malaysian and my EP was approved in the Tech space as a Marketing Manager.
Applied- 8th Feb
Approved -14th February
Salary: 8K Sgd
Nationality: Malaysia
Was first worried as I had no diploma and degree but only SPM (High School).
Also been following a few threads with some commenting that with no qualification, u would need to command a higher salary. So it got me worried as I had already quit my job in Malaysia prior. Can tell u now, that's not the case, as long u have the right skill set and experience in the field it should be enough.
Though I do notice that Malaysians tend to get approvals quicker with no roadblocks.
Karencaution: If the degree is not verified, you will be assessed as having no degree.
Steve Rodgers: There are (unpublished) different requirements and salary thresholds for (Chinese) Malaysians.
Im not Chinese decent though.
Im an IBAN Malaysian from Sarawak. But yeah, it was a bit stressful if it would have gotten approved or not. Thank God it did. Looking forward to my next journey in Singapore.
Update:
Applied on 4 Feb 2022
Industry - Senior Analytics Manager
Internal company transfer
Approved 15th Feb 2022
Thanks to this forum and to all the people for sharing their experiences. Good luck to everyone!
Hello I also have a pending pass application
Applied: 25 January 2022
Status as of 16 February 2022: Pending
I am really anxious because HR has already called MOM and they said the process is under review pending the final checks. Knowing that MOM can just drag this on for as long as they can. I'm up and arms and just wishing that they just give a final result.
