What kind of Visa?

Good evening,

We are planning a 6 month stay in NZ, from the beginning of September 2023 to the end of February 2024.

I will be doing a research placement at the Auckland University of Technology (no contract in NZ, I will continue to receive my university salary). My wife will be taking a 7 month sabbatical and we would like to place our 2 daughters aged 6 and 8 in a public school in Auckland.

What kind of visa should we apply for?

OK. Thank you for your prompt answer.

I think I should apply for Work Special Purpose visa and my wife for a visitor visa. But my daughter of 6 and 8 years? If they are scolarised, should we ask a student visa?

Regarding "my contact", what do you need exactly?
