EP rejected and appealing

Post new topic

Guest9764

I went to malaysia for uni and considered freshgrad who land an offer. My employer has been applying visa for 4months but it got rejected by perkeso with reasoning the job can be done by locals. We restarted from the 30days job posting and now appealing.

What is the probability of me getting my EP and how long it takes?

As of today it’s 5months in total of me waiting..

@Imada Priscilla It’s hard to get EP if you don’t have experience or not studied in Malaysia.

@riyastir i’m a graduate from taylor’s. so ya i did stay in the country

Hii how did the appeal go? Did you manage to get the job? I'm a freshgrad from Monash and my work visa got rejected too. Currently waiting for the outcome of the appeal.

hello did you manage to get your EP? cuz I have same issue as well

@riyastir

Can be temporary attachment to other company or process other permit like visit pass or PVP for 6months or 1 year

you have a time to open your company own account for ESD then only revest back your permit by your own Employer  is not a difficulty for this EP
